The Bluffs is a premier neighborhood built from the 1980s to present. The lower Bluffs has mostly ranch style homes similar to Southland. The upper Bluffs have larger and more European designs. In this area you can find gorgeous views and San Angelo State Park, while still remaining close to shopping in Southwest San Angelo.
